LOUISE MERRILL, Owner ~
With a little help from my friends, I opened my downtown Greenville realty office, which we call 'the shop', in January of 2005. There are few people to thank.

  • My Dad, M. Heinie Merrill, my entrepreneural supporter and advisor passed away Oct 1999. He taught me to be professional, fair, persusive, respectful and Fun. During our last conversation, he questioned, "What on earth are you going to do in Greenville"? Well Heinie... the Merrill Company 'North' has opened its doors. I hope you're proud!

  • My son, Jordy ~ A huge hug to my son for believing in his mom and caring enough about 'my' dreams to give up so much of 'our' time.

  • I also want to recognize two great ladies in my life:
  • "Auntie Aude" ~ My 'guardian angel of wisdom' who is always there to offer me the tools to find my way. I can hear her now, "and what did you learn from that, dear"? She introduced me to the colorful palette of 'thinking outside the box'; taught me the gifts from forgiveness; and mostly mentored the power of words spoken from the heart.

  • And finally, thanks to my Mom ~ Corinne Johnson Merrill Rich, a beautiful lady who beat the odds and models persistance without compromising grace. I am very proud to call her my 'mom'. She's my biggest fan.

  • I moved to the Greenville area in 1999 with my son, Jordan, to find a safe place to settle and soft place to land after a hectic corporate career on the coast. In 2001 Jordy and I blended our family with David Bouchard and his beautiful children Olivia and Dylan. Dave is a Paramedic-RN, working full time at Mayo Regional ER and CADean Ambulance. Jordy has since moved back to Harpswell working in the lobstering & masonry businesses while Olivia and Dylan are super stepkids, students and athletes at GMS. Dave and I share a beautiful home on the East Rd in Greenville with our very spoiled chocolate labs, Moxie (mom), Miss Bailey (daughter)& Piper (granddaughter) who are regulars at the 'Shop'. (Bailey is expecting!!) Our family loves the area and can be found boating til mid October and skiing Squaw (when there's snow).

I found what many of us are chasing after and am grateful for each day’s splendor. I cherish the peace found here on Moosehead Lake and welcome each new season. I would like to share a piece of this beauty with you. Whether you are a local, vacationer, outdoors enthusiest, sportsman, retirement planning, or just looking for your own soft place to land, Moosehead offers beauty, challenging adventures, relaxation and enjoyment in all seasons.

I have many creative ideas which I am excited to roll out. Through my experience I have learned what services buyers aren't getting and also from my sellers what special things made the difference. I have been listening and it is my Mission to provide the best attention to the Client, providing services that make the sale. Let me put my corporate administrative, marketing and real estate experience to work for you in a business style that is small town, friendly, cooperative and driven. Help me build my business and I will offer you MORE; more choices; more guided education; more time for yourself; more attention; and Less hassel. Yes, I Am still working, but, there will be no more corporate work cubbies 'without windows' in my life...ever again. I love my job! Put me to work for YOU.
